We all thoroughly enjoyed our first Demo/workshop of 2024 on Chinese brushwork delivered by our President Carol Hill.  As well as teaching us the very different skills needed to achieve the free and delicate marks, Carol gave us an interesting insight into the history and culture surrounding the art. And although we all painted bamboo using traditional Chinese ink you can see the very different results we produced.  A big thank you to Carol for leading the day.
