Brian ‘Charcoal’ North got us off to an inspiring start to our new society year of demonstrations and workshops. He took us through a step by step guide to working with charcoal and his unusual ways of building up layers. Many of us were excited to attempt to try it out in the afternoon- some with more success than others but we had a thoroughly enjoyable time trying to achieve his amazing skills.
