Les Mooney has sent a couple of great watercolour paintings that he started on his plein air visit to Youlgreave in October. The weather was quite good and most of the paintings were done at his easle outdoors. The completion of the watercolours was done at home from photographs he took on the day. They are fabulous; I do love Les's paintings, he is so talented.
